We had a function at Jocastas! But I found the whole experience an utter nightmare! Their customer service has alot to be desired! I had alot of issues with some of their members of staff! I did write a letter of complaint! needless to say they didnt reply!

Went to this place for a Christmas party, will never go again. Inside is actually vey nice but Food on the whole poor. The worst bits though - we were supposed to have a cheese board, minor really, but the manageress after accepting the set menu order form had been confusing, told me they changed it and without informing anybody just dismissed the error. Two more tables complained but to no avail. To top things off the car park was just a mud bath, no warnings, to dark to see (DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE) and at the end of the night we got stuck! Some very nice kitchen staff tried to tow us out (thank you lads) but the manageress just drove away in her 4x4. AVOID THIS PLACE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!
